Chef Chung Deming is passionate about straits ingredients. Inspired by traditional recipes, he relishes taking his guests on a øavour adventure where classics and favourites are refreshed as øavour bombs.
Chef Deming is the originator of the Duriancanboleh, Satay Burger and Singapore’s best Salted Egg Sauce.
In between coming up with new recipes, he pulls guest chef shifts and occasionally features as a guest on local TV and radio programmes.
Recognised as one of the rising stars of Mod-sin cuisine, he has been featured on TV series such as “On The Red Dot”, “Buzzing Hawkers” and other programmes.
Notable dining events/collaborations are with Holland America Lines, New Ubin Seafood, Streats 2018 and Savour 2015 as a speaker under the Savour experience series. He is an avid traveller and where time permits, he likes to take his bicycle on an adventure. Having cycled Tibet, Nepal and the length of Malaysia, he believes that cycling is the best way to experience a country.
